COLLECTION AND VINIFICATION
The collection takes place manually and after a soft de-stemming the maceration lasts for 15 days in steel vats.
The wine is aged for 40% of the steel mass and the remaining 60% in used Tonneaux for a period of 12 months.
Subsequently in bottle for 4 - 6 months at controlled temperature.
The wine is NOT filtered to preserve the aromas, the aromas and the structure that enhance its quality.
