Panzanello Chianti Classico Riserva is mainly composed of Sangiovese with a percentage of Cabernet. Wine with a gritty and decisive character able to gain more balance and consistency over time.

COLLECTION AND VINIFICATION
The harvest takes place manually and this wine comes from the selection of two vineyards of the company which, after a soft branching, start the maceration which lasts for 18/20 days in steel vats. 60% of the wine is transferred to second-pass French oak barriques where it remains for a period of 18 months and 40% in steel vats. The Reserve is refined in bottle for 12 months and is not filtered so as to preserve its aromas, aromas and structure.

ORGANOLECTIC NOTES
Intense ruby red, persistent scent of flowers, spices and fruit that goes well on the palate with a smooth, round taste of rose, coffee and ripe orange aromas.

ENOGASTRONOMIC ACCOSTATIONS
It goes well with grilled white and red meats and medium-aged cheeses.

Tasting at 18 degrees by uncorking the bottle an hour before.
