The production of the organic Vindea Supertuscan IGT begins with the manual harvest of the grapes in the most suitable vineyards of the estate. We follow a prolonged maceration (25-30 days) in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, which allows for an optimal extraction of aromas, color and tannins. The refinement takes place exclusively in fine wood, without aggressive filtration, preserving all the characteristics of the terroir.
