Refund policy

Azienda Agricola Panzanello intends to provide Customers with the possibility of replacing the Products purchased through the Site.

To obtain the replacement of a Product, the following procedure must be followed.

The customer who is not fully satisfied must keep all the documentation relating to the delivery and the product itself in its original packaging and immediately contact Azienda Agricola Panzanello by e-mail at the following address:

The Product to be replaced must reach, in normal state of conservation, the following address: Via Case Sparse (Panzano), 86 – 50022 Greve in Chianti (FI) – Italy. The fulfillment of the new order is subject to the availability of the requested Products.

The shipping costs for returning the product are charged to the customer.

The replacement Product will be sent to the Customer by courier without being charged for additional shipping costs.

It is requested to send back the goods or to deliver them to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
