Panzanello farm intends to provide Customers with the possibility of replacing the Products purchased through the Site.
To obtain the replacement of a Product, the procedure indicated below must be followed.
The Customer who is not fully satisfied must keep all the documentation relating to the delivery and the Product itself in its original packaging and contact immediately Panzanello farm by email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Product to be replaced must be sent, in normal condition, to the following address: Via Case Sparse (Panzano), 86 – 50022 Greve in Chianti (FI) – Italy. The fulfillment of the new order is subject to the availability of the requested Products.
The shipping costs relating to the return of the Product are charged to the Customer.
The replacement Product will be sent to the Customer by courier without additional shipping costs being charged.
You are requested to return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
