Azienda Agricola Panzanello offers you the possibility of replacing the purchased product if you are not completely satisfied. To request a replacement, keep all the delivery documentation and the product in its original packaging. Contact us immediately by email at info@panzanello.it. Then, return the product, in normal conditions, to the address: Via Case Sparse (Panzano), 86 – 50022 Greve in Chianti (FI) – Italy. We ask you to make the return within 14 days of the communication of the withdrawal. The shipping costs for the return are paid by the Customer. Once we receive the product, we will check the condition and, if everything is compliant, we will send the replacement product by courier without further shipping costs (the fulfillment of the new order is subject to the availability of the products).
